I am very impressed with the quality of the nonstick surface on my new TechnIQ pans. I ordered 8 pans and fry pans of various sizes as separate pieces. I liked the shape of the Windsor pan so much that I ordered two. The overall quality of the TechnIQ line of pans is excellent.
The large fry pan is great for searing steaks.
My one request is for the TechnIQ Sauté Pan 4.25QT to be sold separately. I would like to purchase this pan but the only way is to buy a complete set of pans. Please consider making it available as a separate piece.
