I am a loyal Scanpan user. My latest acquisition was an oversized frying pan of 13" which is great for sauteing a large quantity of items. The pan heats up quickly and evenly, it is very easy to clean, and for a pan of its size it is not too heavy. Cooking with Scanpans is a pleasure!
