I love my Scanpans! As a mostly vegetarian, I need to cook a lot of vegetables. And the Scanpan is the best tool I've ever had for this. I saw it advertised & was impressed, so I got one, then 2 more. It's even great for releasing foods like oatmeal! The skillets are super for carmelizing many kinds of veggies and you don't have to stand at the sink scrubbing to remove stuck food! And I've gifted all my family members with Scanpans & they love them too!
