These are terrific pots and pans, nonstick like no one else's that I've ever had and tough. BUT the way they are shipped are a real nuisance: signature required. This is something almost no one bothers with these days for a few hundred dollars, it drives me nuts. Otherwise the packing is well done so it avoids damage. Much preferred on balance to 3rd part vendors.
