Have been using ScanPans for over 10 years. They are WONDERFUL! Over the past year and after heavy use, 2 of the pans lost their non-stick attributes. I contacted customer service who advised me to try a few things to reinvigorate the non-stick. But that didn't work. After recontacting customer service, they sent me 2 brand new replacements. Thank you SCANPAN.
