Scanpan nonstick pan is by far the most durable I have used. My last wok was purchased in 2011, lasted for more than 10 years before showing sign of aging. This is my everyday wok to cook multiple dishes everyday. By comparison, I also have a few smaller wok from Costco. They typically typically cost $20 but only lasted about 2 years before the coating started to chip. Bought another pro version of nonstick wok from scanpan again this year to replace the old one. The new one has stainless steel exterior, very easy to clean, just a lot heavy to handle. Will see if they have a 10 or 11 inch one. By the way, scanpan’s customer service is also top notch.
