I started my Scanpan collection with a classic fry pan. It has lasted a few years but the finish is scratched. My husband bought me the 13" Square roaster and I fell in love with the Techniq finish. I now own the 11" square, the Windsor and a Maitre D fry pan. I love them all. They clean up so easily and nothing, I mean nothing, sticks to them. I can make popcorn in my Windsor without one drop of oil. If you love to cook, you NEED a Scanpan! I will bet you cannot stop at just one.
