This pan is fabulous. I recently used it for a cooktop/oven salmon recipe for a large group and, on a separate occasion, to sear a large tenderloin for a beef Wellington recipe. Both meals were a big hit. The pan has a nice weight, is very well built and looks great. I love the handles and the glass lid which fits so well. It is also easy to clean because it's completely non-stick. This is a high quality product.
