Who says you can't have it all? Scanpan sears, braises, sautés AND cleans up like brand new. Handle is comfortable and stays cool.

Should there be any residue here's my easy clean up trick: after pan cool down add water 1-2 inches + dollop of AUTOMATIC dish soap and "some" baking soda. Bring to boil, then simmer a bit. Once cool and rinsed, it will be totally perfect.
