Just replaced a 10 1/4 inch pan I've had for 16-20 years. Had hard use by numerous cooks and was starting to show some wear. PFAS has been in the news and even though this was free of that was looking a little worn. I also have the 8" and 12" pans with covers and they have held up very well and work great. It's too bad Scanpan isn't tested by Consumers Report because I'm sure it would do well and increase your sales.
