I love your saute and baking pans! I recently bought some covers for my saute pans and find them to be a bit flimsy, just not as substantial in weight and durability as I expected based on the quality of your pans. I had an experience the other evening where I could not lift off the cover on a small saute pan. My husband could not do it either. It felt like either the pan or the cover had expanded with the gas heat. We had to take the pan off the flame and let it cool down before the cover would release.
