I LOVE my new Scanpans! I had to replace an old "well-loved" classic Scanpan, my uncle bought me as a Christmas gift over 12 years ago. I decided to order the CS+ version, and I am so happy I did! It is a vast improvement over the "original" finish, and I am enjoying it so much that I plan to purchase a set for my daughter, this Christmas. She loved cooking with my old pan, as well. Five STARS!
