After trying several nonstick fry pans I settled on Scanpan for its best-in-class coating. I have used this brand for several years now and took advantage of your holiday sales to upgrade my other pots and pans as well. I highly recommend Scanpan cookware! I would like to see a smaller 1qt saucepan for melting butter, heating barbecue sauce etc.
