I ordered one 14 inch scan pan from Amazon a year ago. I loved it so much that I ordered four more in different sizes directly from the Scanpan website. These pans fry better than any pan I have, it's similar to using cast-iron, which is way heavier. The cleanup on these is excellent, nothing sticks to them.
