I purchased the CLASSIC PLUS 3.25 QT Saute Pan. This is my first purchase of this brand I am so impressed! I took this pan on a several months-long road trip - using it on many different types of stoves (gas, electric, induction) - and it has functioned very well across the board. I only hand wash it and it cleans up beautifully. The nonstick coating is truly nonstick and shows no signs of wear after several months of heavy use. I am currently looking to purchase another Scanpan as I have been so impressed by this one. HIghly recommend!
