We have 3 Scanpans. An 11" CS+, plus 11" and 9.5" Professional models.
They are our favorite pans for most purposes. They use a proprietary
non-stick formula and are good in the oven till about 450 degrees F
and I believe 500 F for the CS+. As with most products from Scandinavia,
the quality is quite high, and these pans are highly recommended!
