I’ve used all but 2 of my new pans several times. (Medium sauce pan and large fry pan) All the rest are fantastic. I used almost no oil in the fry pan and sauté pan. All the pans are so easy to clean. I love that. I ordered the 10 piece professional set. I feel like these pans will last a lifetime with no problems. The only negative is the lids get hot and I have to use a hot pad but I knew this would be the case with the pro set with metal handles but I really like the lids and this was my choice.
