I am very pleased with my Scanpan particularly knowing that I'm not adding toxins to my food; great relief. The only aspect of the pan I wish were different; I would like it to be a little deeper, it seems pretty shallow to me, but not a very significant complaint at all :-D. My daughter-in-law (a medical professional) recommended your company to me feeling you produce the best pans available on the market..
