Excellent non-stick surface that’s perfect for pancakes. I have been searching for the right griddle for a few years now, many of which cover two burners. The pancakes stuck and didn’t cook evenly. This pan covers only one burner but the large surface allows you to pour 3 to 4 pancakes. No sticking or overheating, wonderful texture.
