I purchased the ultrasound machine about 9 months ago service and communication was awesome then. I had a issue with machine two weeks ago they paid to have it shipped back and shipped back to me and it was a very speedy fast turn around no questions about it by far best customer service you could ask for I highly recommend anyone to buy from this company.
