Best customer service ever! Sent a video by email from my phone set on stand recording and Catherine confirmed pregnancy that I captured! Josie is so responsive to emails also and Matthew answered my questions on the other option questions with a fabulous video now on you tube! Thank you Catherine for answering my questions over the last year or more and never being frustrated or pushy. I am very pleased with my machine but more importantly the support I have from you guys! And also the ability to always “trade up” if in the future I want to! The ability to communicate by text, call, emails and phone is fantastic and response is amazing considering you are a 5 hour time difference I think.
