Excellent, friendly customer service. Bike dispatched extremely quickly. Although my interaction with Scotby Cycles was brief (one purchase, one email and a short phone conversation) they were both friendly and professional and left a good impression. My only hesitancy would be for slight damage (a few small nicks) on the frame. I honestly don't know if these were from before the item was shipped (such as when it was being packaged or on display) or whether they were caused when I was unpackaging the bike (although I was careful this is still possible). Nevertheless, these are barely noticeable and the overall quality of the bike and its components is excellent.
