Cannot fault Scotby, looked after me and refunded me promptly as my order could not fulfilled due to Adidas Five Ten changing the footprint on their mtb shoes. It appears that since I bought my last pair (43) 6 yrs ago they have gone narrower, sadly my feet have not. So I went up a 1/2 size and alas no good, fine for length still too narrow. So unless I have plastic surgery to reduce the width of my feet I will have to go in search of another brand which ain’t easy in the current situation. Thank you Scotby for being patient with your customers and the extra work you have to deal with when companies make changes and the inconvenience caused to everyone.
