The items (ortlieb panniers) were shipped out very quickly and was well packaged. So far I’ve used them only once but they seem like good quality materials and a built to last design.
The supporting communications from Scotby were excellent throughout and I cannot think of one step of the process that could be improved, thank you for the service.
