Amazing experience - ordered a bike delivery and was a bit concerned about how it would be packed and how to put together when it arrives etc - can't thank whoever packed it enough! So we'll protected, lots custom plastic covers to protect parts and even hand written labels to help in the setup! Bike was totally smooth to ride out the box and don't think it could have been a better experience! 11/10
