The outcome was overall positive. The chap in the shop was very helpful and pleasant and the shop was well stocked and tidy. I was able to buy some Gravel bike shoes in my size as they were shown on the online site. Getting through to the shop to speak to anyone is nearly impossible. Each call I made I had to endure a long advertorial which seemed needless and it was off-putting. I don't need to know how you buy your stock if I can't speak to anyone to organize buying it. It was like being on hold but I expect that it was just what happens when you call. I tried 5 times over two days and the same message each time. If anyone else within 50 miles had what I needed and had picked up the phone I would not have bought the shoes from Scotby.
