Great Service from the folks at Scotby. I was after a set of panniers to use for commuting. I knew i wanted the Sport-Roller City by Ortlieb, so being a savvy businessman i google searched for who had stock and at the best price. Scotby was the winner. And to my delight there was a further 10% off once i got to the checkout with a discount code. Items arrived pretty much the next day (i seem to remember, or the day after at worse) as described. My only gripe is i am pretty sure the plastic bag they shipped in wasnt easily recyclable (if at all). I know its to keep costs down, but recyclable packaging or a box would be my prefered method to receiving goods. So, yup... all good!
