Web search results showed picture of the bike I wanted with a price, and 10% off flag above it. Site even allowed me to enter the discount code but transaction failed; not applicable to eBikes. Misleading and disappointing. However, good help on phone to confirm exact model number and key features of the stock, and after sales assistance on unpacking etc. from Simon, who even called me back later to check how I’d got on. Friendly & helpful.
