If you are going to continue using Parcelforce as your carrier, I would not be making another purchase from Scotby cycles!
Having waited in on two separate days for them to deliver my bike, having been given a time slot, they failed to deliver. Only after the shop and myself contacting Parcelforce did they finally deliver the bike over a week later.
