Fantastic customer service. Bought a product that had a small issue with it. I used the chat to speak to them and they got back to me very quickly via chat and email even in the run up to Christmas. They resolved the problem by replacing the part needed without question.
They obviously knew what they were talking about with technicians on hand to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy from a solid trustworthy company.
