Dealt with by a polite and engaging young man who didnt try to convince me i needed something expensive, listened to my needds and made appropriate suggestion. Bought the bike as it seemed to tick all the boxes and a very convenient delivery was arranged. Have since used the bike and am very happy. The whole experience made me glad i shopped locally.
