My purchase was very fairly priced compared with other retailers. It arrived very promptly and was well packaged. I was very pleased to have bought from an independent bike shop. Communication with the shop was fast and easy. I understand and respect their returns policy ie. items can't be unwrapped so they can be sold again to avoid waste.
