Phenomenal service, from ordering to receiving my bike it took 3 days!!!
Exceptional value (bought the GT Grade Elite) and a really fantastic bike, I had previously owned the Grade GX aluminium and that was a huge amount of fun, the Elite is fun in bundles.
Should also say that the assembly by the Scotby team was top-notch.
