We recently bought our sons bike with Scotby Cycles, it says it was closing down sale and we got a large reduction on our bike. On assembly we realised a piece was missing. I was very nervous that we would have trouble getting a response. I emailed the company and heard back straight away. The man helped us figure out what was wrong and sent the part first class and it arrived the following day. I was very impressed by their customer service.
