Ordered Muc Off Ultimate Bike Cleaning kit. Kit arrived late after being held up at DPD depot and arrived damaged. I emailed to advise and they resolved the issue almost instantly. So although product arrived damaged and a little later than planned their customer service to resolve the issue warrants a 5 star.
