Delivery was a bit rubbish. First notified that ir would be delivered between 7:00 - 9:00am. Then, mid-afternoon, I got an email stating that they were having problems but that it would be delivered that day. At 4pm, I got a call from the driver, saying that he hoped to deliver it at 5pm. He finally rocked up at 5:30pm. Bike was well-packaged and as described.
