I was very impressed by the Scotby Customer Service experience. The only thing that prevent 5 stars is that with my initial order I was informed to expect my parcel from 6th-9th Jan. As the 6th was a Friday I arranged to work from home, however the package came on Thursday 5th, a day early. Fortunately someone was in to receive it and what arrived was in excellent condition. I'll be using Scotby again I've no doubt.
