Excellent service and shoes. Got a pair of FiveTen DLX shoes and the sizing is perfect (first time I've ever bought shoes online, so very relieved). The shoes are surprisingly comfy given they are quite stiff and feel very robust. I'm new to mtb so I can't compare with other models/makes. The service from Scotby is excellent, as I called to ask about sizing and left a message and one of the staff returned the call within an hour. I paid an extra £2.95 for next day delivery and the shoes arrived within 24 hours. This is a very different experience from another online retailer- I had waited 4 weeks for the shoes only to be told they would not arrive until the end of July and it was very difficult to contact the staff.
