Ordered a pair of planters, only one was delivered. Tufnell driver said he only had one to deliver. Straight onto ScreenwithEnvy who told me they would look into out. Heard nothing, chased them to be told they were waiting to hear back from Tufnells. It will be 2 weeks on Friday and I have enquired on a daily basis as to where the second planter is that I have paid for. Have been told by their customer service they cannot send out a replacement until Tufnells have confirmed they do not have it.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, because I wouldn’t have bothered. Am now going to try to get refund through credit card company.
