Order placed on 29th December 2020.
It is now 13th February and we are still missing critical parts to install the £300 gate. Customer service are not very helpful, lots of false promises. They sent me 1 post cap when I needed 3.
I hope they will get this resolved as 2 months for your products when you spend over £1000 is shocking. I would be careful spending your money with this company and try elsewhere.
