You don't get your order and the customer service is appaling. I have tried to get a sensible response via chat, email, fb messenger, all a waste of time. There is no revised delivery information and even when you ask for managers / directors contact details, you don't get them. They blame the couriers and they just keep saying wait a week ( even though they advertise next working day delivery), and this is week after week.
Keep your valuable hard earned cash to spend with a reputable company.
