I ordered a garden screen in which came back 5/6 weeks later than the original delivery date. The screen then came back damaged on delivery so I was offered a refund or part refund if I kept the item.
It’s been another 4/5 weeks and I’m still waiting a refund. They keep ignoring my emails and calls which makes things worse.
