Incorrect information, constant emails which received friendly but pointless responses. I received my item but it was damaged. A few chasers and a replacement arrived although I never got tracking for it!! They then reported my review to Trust pilot insinuating I was not a customer!! Shame as the product is great - customer service definitely not.
