I placed an order with Screen with Envy, for a couple of screens to be installed by tradesmen who I had onsite doing garden work. The website offers 'Order for Delivery Tomorrow' so held off for some weeks ordering them as was confident in the knowledge when i needed them they would come the next day... however; the goods did not show up, and with time quickly approaching for the tradesmen to finish and leave, i needed my order delivered, so started chasing for an update, but I got no answer on the phone number on the website, or response to my emails. Eventually one evening i got a response from a Facebook message I'd sent, only to be told they had no stock which was hugely disappointing, and that stock was due in 'sometime in the coming weeks', when i asked why they didn't show this on their website, I was told that they cannot update there website to show anything but next day delivery... Which is misleading and something i find most irritating about this entire transaction. If i knew it wasn't in stock, perhaps i could have taken this into consideration in the planning process of the build.
Eventually with the tradesmen finishing up, we found an alternative solution and was forced to raise a case with PayPal to get a refund.
I couldn't recommend Screen with Envy at all given the experience and the more i looked into this company, it appears my experience is not unique.
