Sadly there is no facility for a minus-star rating for this company. I paid in good faith and have followed up many, many times asking where my goods are, only to be fobbed off time and time again. I also called the pallet network company direct. They acknowledged my tracking number but stated they had not received the goods into their facility for distribution; this is despite SWE blaming it on the lack of vehicles due to Covid and PPE Distribution (I was born at night, but it wasn't last night). Every time I chase, I ask for a refund, only for it to fall on deaf ears. It appears I will have to pursue them via the courts.
