Absolutely JOKE.
Ordered a full privacy gate with a promise of a 3 week delivery. 6 weeks and I finally get the frame to the gate in which all the trim pieces bar one was bent. They blamed Hermes but the trims were inside a the metal frame.
I've contacted my card company for a full refund as I feel this would be quicker than dealing with their lies. They can come and collect what they've delivered or it can go in the bin, because that's where its fit for. Total disappointment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
