My internet order arrived on different days. The second consignment had two cracked screens. I was unable to open these boxes immediately as I was away from home tending to my terminally I’ll mother. On alerting customer services the
"computer said NO' appalling levels of customer service @screenwithenvy a family company prioritising policy over family values. Beware also they don't come with wall fixings for the price despite asking. No reply. Only wished I'd chosen @charlesandivy for a much better customer experience. Avoid at all cost.
