I'm.having a terrible time with this company. I was sent the wrong order 6 weeks ago and since then written numerous emails, get a reply and then I'm ignored, I have been on the phone to them three times, waiting in a que for 25 minutes and the last conversation I was promised a refund and it has not been done. I'll be ringing them again this week. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I was contacted again yesterday, they asked for my bank details and said they would prioritise my refund to be done immediately. This has not been done, again?!!! I'm so shocked by the bad treatment to a customer.
