Would give them a zero if it was an option. Ordered a planter that was on offer with two free trellis panels. Trellis panels never arrived. They eventually agreed to send me the two complimentary as long as i ordered something. Now they have my money (and months later i still dont have the additional order …) they’ve now emailed to tell me they wont be sending me the free trellis panels after all. Absolute joke
Oh and agin their phone lines are ‘down for maintenance’
