Poor customer service, poor communication. I’ve been trying to call Sedgwick for two days straight and was put on hold for three hours and still no answer. I even tried to email them and still nothing. They are horrible at calling people back. I just had some questions about my disability claim. I don’t understand how these people still have jobs! They are the worse company!
